Saeed H.S. Javadi,
DIC., PhD., P.Eng., - President
Dr. Javadi has his doctorate in Chemical Engineering and Industrial
Safety from the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London,
England. He has over 20 years experience and has managed projects
of up to $50 million internationally. Dr. Javadi has been for the
last few years in charge of development of several hazardous waste
treatment plants for the treatment of contaminated soils and industrial
wastes and sludges, utilizing bioremediation, stabilization and
incineration. He has also conducted and supervised a number of environmental,
safety and operational audits of chemical and industrial facilities,
soil and ground water contamination studies, and remediated contaminated
sites.

Dale O'Krane, B.Sc.,
MBA. Operations Manager
Mr. O'Krane has a degree in earth sciences from Simon Fraser
University, and has experience in the field of geotechnical and
soil surveys. Over the past 16 years, he has applied his knowledge
toward such areas as, treatment of special waste and waste material
handling practices, and has worked on the development of waste
treatment plants. Mr. O'Krane has worked on several international
projects and is well versed in management practice.

Perry Surdhar, PhD.,
Division Manager, Alberta
Dr. Surdhar has his doctorate in Chemistry from University of
Salford, England. He has over 15 years experience in the Environmental
and Safety field. Dr. Surdhar has for the last 7 years managed
Industrial Waste treatment facilities in Western Canada. He has
extensive knowledge of waste minimization, segregation, and waste
disposal, as well as regulatory compliance in Canada and the USA.
He is at the present time in charge of Sumas operations in Alberta.

Alan E. Avery, B.Sc.,
Industrial Service Manager
Mr. Avery has his degree in Microbiology from the University
of British Columbia. He has been in charge of Industrial Waste
treatment sales for the last ten years. He is presently in charge
of the Industrial Waste Services Division of Sumas. His responsibilities
include developing and implementing market strategies, hiring
and training customer service representatives, as well as being
the contact person for corporate accounts.
